[Solved] FSUIPC and PMDG DC-6

Can you change your assignment to to use parameter 53801 instead of 53803, as the parameter '3' is a mouse move whereas '1' is a mouse left-click. You may need to send 53801 (left-click), followed by several/many with 53803 (mouse move) and with a final 53804 (left-release). If this is needed, it can be done in several ways but the easiest way is to probably define a macro - see page 37 of the Advanced User manual on how to use macros.

Does the aircraft have an SDK  header file (*.h) and SDK documentation (*.pdf) listing the available custom controls? Can you check the Community folder for this aircraft and see if there is a Documentation\SDK folder, and if so show me /attach those documents here.

I could ask PMDG for a license for this aircraft and take a look, but it might take a while. I will contact them tomorrow.

John

I'll give that a try and report the results.  The PMDG DC-6 doesn't contain a SDK folder, unlike the other PMDG 737 and 777 models.

Changing 53803 to 53801 worked.  The Reverse lever now cycles.  Thanks for the help.  I'll attach the files for your information.

Thats good - glad thats now sorted. When using Rotor Brake codes, the last two digits indicate the mouse operation which should usually be a single left mouse-click (01), although sometimes it is also necessary to add other mouse operations (usually a move and/or a release), but always worth trying with a single left click first.

Thanks for the excellent support.  I'm also glad we nailed this problem because PMDG's support seemed foggy on the problem.

BTW, I'm hoping your Dad is doing well and if so, say "Hello" to him for me, a very long time customer.
