I'd also double-check that Windows is actually seeing the Arduino correctly before digging too deep into FSUIPC. I've had USB devices reconnect with a different ID after an update, and replugging them or trying another USB port fixed some really odd button issues. Worth checking before changing a lot of assignments.

This is not an issue as the OPs problem is that the device is not detected at all. And there should be no issues when an ID changes if using the JoyLetters facility (active by default in FSUIPC7), but some manual changes/updates to the ini are required if a devices GUID changes, which can also happen.

@sythiahong I have deleted you last message as although it was true, it is really not relevant to this issue as it has already been stated (several times) that the OPs device is not being detected.

I'd also check whether the button is actually being detected by FSUIPC on the Buttons & Switches tab. If there's no button number showing when you press it, it's usually a controller or Windows input issue rather than the assignment itself. If it is detected, enabling event logging can make it much easier to see where things are going wrong.
