Okay, after roughly 3 to 4 hours or installing and uninstalling, I finally remembered to register the product with my key number. Then it gave me the assignments for msfs2024 and I was finally able to get them to work correctly. I apologize if I was testy but it becomes irritating working on these things sometimes especially when you do not have an IT degree. Thanks

If there is no 'Assignments' menu, it is because you are running an unlicensed version of FSUIPC7.
You need to register your license at the end of the installation process. You only need to do this once. If you install FSUIPC7 into a new/different folder, you should copy across your FSUIPC7.key and FSUIPC7.ini files (as well as any other files you have created or modified, such as lua scripts, macros, myevents.txt, etc) to the new installation folder.

It is not working again. It will not recognice my levers. I went in the calibrate the levers and the ingame calibration is recognizing them but FSUIPC is not. I will work on trying to send over the files that you ask for earlier in a post. I only have the FSUIPOC installed for MSFS2024. Not sure why it is not recognizing them again.

Here are some files. I am not sure where to find some of these that you have asked for. I am looking in the FSUIPC folder and do nooot see some of those.

The log file is certainly in your FSUIPC7 installation folder. If you cannot see it, you have windows Explorer set to 'Hide the extensions of known file types'. See the Addendum 'Identifying Files in Windows Explorer' at the end of the Installation and Registration guide.

It is not working again. It will not recognice my levers.

Presuming these 'levers' just trigger buttons and are not actual axes, no?

Your log files show that 5 devices were recognised:

A=TPR T.Pendular Rudder
B=TCA YOKE BOEING
C=Bravo Throttle Quadrant
D=Arduino Leonardo
E=Arduino Leonardo

and you have your Fuel Cutt-Off levers assigned (to PMDG 737 presets) in both your General profile, on both Arduino's, and in your Boing 738 profile on one Arduino.

If you think that these assignments are no longer working, then I need to see your FSUIPC7.log file showing your issue, i.e. with logging for Buttons & Keys and  WAPI->Debug activated.
