[Solved] Buying the wrong version of FSUIC7

I bought the wrong version of FSUIPC for MSFS 2020 removed link I got FSUIC4 by mistake. Is it any way to get the right version with out paying again for it?

How did you manage that? It clearly states on the FSUIPC4 purchase page on SimMarket:

This product FSUIPC4 is NOT compatible with Microsoft Flight Simulator (MSFS) released in 2020.For MSFS, please use instead FSUIPC7 available here.

But I cannot do anything about this, sorry. SimMarket handle all sales issues, and a good chunk of the FSUIPC purchase price goes to them to handle all sales issues, so please contact them.

Maybe that was plain stupidity. Doesn’t help that I’m 88 years old. Fortunately SimMarket did a refund and credit so I can get the right version. Thanks for you rapid response.

If you are still simming, I think you are doing well for your age! I think everyone, regardless of age, finds the transition to MSFS2020/2024 quite difficult, especially if familiar with FSX or P3D, It is a far more complicated beast and not that friendly to 3rd party add-ons...but I don't want to rant about this!

Note that setting things up in MSFS2020/2024 is generally far more difficult than in other sims/fsuipc versions, due to the various different methods of control. It has a steep learning curve...

Any issues, I am here to help. But first please at least try the documentation - make sure you read the README.txt to understand the limitations compared to other FSUIPC versions. And with MSFS, you can easily mix your assignments between MSFS and FSUIPC.
