Key Does Not Work

I purchased FSUIPC 7 today, installed it and typed in the registration key I received from sim market. I get a box that says the key is invalid. I tried to copy/paste the key and also to copy/paste my name and e-mail and nothing worked. I don't know what's wrong. I hope you can help

The most common reason for this issue is that you do not have the required VC++ redistribtables installed, and to fix this you must download and install the latest combined redistributable packages (x86 and x64) from Microsoft.

This and other issues are documented in the Installation and Registration guide (pdf), section Invalid Key Problems. Please see that document for further details.

It is also documented in the README.txt, which is contained in the zip file along with the installer and the Installation and Registration guide.

Thank you for your quick reply. After reading the installation document I figured out that my antivirus was preventing FSUIPC from accepting the key. All is well, now.
