Yes - if its only using FSUIPCs IPC / offset facilities, then you don't need a license.

Ran everything with Admin and didn't help unfortunately. 

For 3rd party FSUIPC apps to connect to FSUIPC, they just need to be ran at the same level, and always better to just use standard privileges unless you are running something that needs admin privileges.

Your log shows the software is connected to FSUIPC and is submitting a lot of lvar read requests. Looks to be fine from the FSUIPC side - do you have any errors in your java simulator log files?

Yeah that's the correct directory and everything, it just genuinely didn't install.

Hmm, strange, If its now working, just leave it as it is.

But for your issue, as it looks ok from the FSUIPC side, I think you need support from the Java Simulator software provider. Sorry I can't be of more help.
