I reinstalled fsuipc7 but its not accepting my registration info..I get an error that says:  Registration details for FSUIPC7 not valid-please re-enter and try again.  I've lost my email from SimMarket but I made a text document of all the order information but when I copy/past that it won't accept the information.  I looked up my order on the SimMarket website and what I'm entering is correct.

If/when you re-install FSUIPC7, you do NOT need to re-register. The FSUIPC7.key file should still be present in your FSUIPC7 installation folder, and the key details pre-populated in the installer registration page, but as you have already registered and generated the key file, you can skip registration, although there should no problem if you re-register.

For all registration issues, please see the Installation and Registration guide, section Invalid Key Problems. Almost all such issues are due to not having the required VC++ redistributables installed, and this will certainly be the case if you re-installed FSUIPC7 because you re-installed Windows.

Installing VC++ redistributables seems to have fixed the problem.  Thanks

I'm also getting a system error when FSUIPC.exe starts that says:  The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140_1.dll was not found.  Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.  I did re-install but still getting this error.

That is also due to not having the correct VC++ redistibutables installed. Please see the documentation and install the latest combined redistributable packages (x64 and x86) from Microsoft.

That doesn't surprise me. What continually surprises me is why so many people report this same issue (many in this forum and on Discord, and many more on the old support forums, now closed), when the solution is clearly documented and there are many existing posts reporting the same issue. I don't understand why users don't consult the documentation before posting, or even check for similar reported issues - would save everybody some time!
