This are the (new) Support Forums for FSUIPC and related products.

These forums replace the old support forums which have been running for 20+ years. The old forums contain a wealth of information on all FSUIPC products, and are still available (until the end of the year) for read-only here.

At the moment these new forums are quite empty – I will be updating the FAQ section and copying across the User Contributions from the old forums in the next few months.

Please note that you will need to Register and Login to post for support, and also to download attachments. You can view these forums without registering.

MSFS2024 Aircraft Specific Profile Not Loading when Spawning

Hi - I've setup profile specific controller settings for both the PMDG 737 and Fenix airbus. When spawning in the sim, the profiles are not activating. I have to bring up the FSUIPC interface in order to activate the specific profile. FSUIPC does auto start when the sim launches, and I am running a licensed version. Can't figure why this is happening. Thanks

Thanks – Still having the issue. Usually only happens when switching from one AC to another. I can stay in the same plane while shutting down the PC between flights with no problem. But if I change planes then FSUIPC will not recognize any of the controller buttons. If I bring up the GUI, click profile specific (the name of the profile is displayed correctly in the top left, consistent with the plane type), none of the buttons register any commands.

If the profile name is displayed, then the profile is loaded. Also, can you check the FSUIPC main window – this will tell you the name of the loaded profile.

The log file you attached shows nothing, and that you didn’t even change aircraft – you used the Fenix for the whole session. Can you please show me a log file showing your issue, and if it is button assignments not working, please set logging for Buttons & Keys first.

Also please change your aircraft profile names to use substrings, i.e. change

1=737-800 PAX BW TC
2=737-800 PAX SSW HD
3=737-800 PAX BW SC

and

[Profile.Fenix]
