[Sticky] Latest (and hopefully final) beta version of FSUIPC7 available: 7.5.8g

The latest FSUIPC7 beta version, 7.5.8g, is now available (see below). This version contains the following changes:

• Added new ini parameter NoNotifications which will prevent the pop-up box appearing when a new version is available
• Reversed values of Aircraft Wind X/Y/Z offsets (0x2DC8, 0x2DD0, 0x2DD8) to match documentation and previous FSUIPC versions for FSX and P3D
• Added ELECTRICAL MASTER BATTERY:2 to offset 0x3138as a 1 byte boolean for read and write. Note that this has been moved from offset 0x3123 where it was allocated in previous beta versions. This change was necessary as 0x3123 is already allocated as a radio swap function.
• Fixed issue in MSFS2024 to allow reception and assignment to the function keys (F1, F2, etc) as well as the space key (and maybe others). The SU6 release of MSFS2024 broke this - I have reported to Asobo
• Related to the previous point, I have added a new ini parameter UseMSFS2024KeyStrings which can switch FSUIPC to using the MSFS2024 key input strings, if/when needed (for MSFS2024 only)
• Added new experimental ini option MatchOnNameOnly which changes the way joystick devices are mapped and acquired. This is an untested experimental option and should only be used under the direction of Support.
• Allow direct axes assignments to Input Events.
• Allow axis scaling parameters to be set and shown in the axis assignment panel.
• Changed axis scaling addition parameter to be a floating point value (was an integer). This is needed for axis assignments to Input Events. This can be used for other assignments, but note that the result of axis scaling is always an integer the assignment is no to an input event.
• Updated to MSFS2020 SDK version 0.24.6.

This is expected to be the last beta for version 7.5.8 that I plan to release sometime next week.
