This are the (new) Support Forums for FSUIPC and related products.

These forums replace the old support forums which have been running for 20+ years. The old forums contain a wealth of information on all FSUIPC products, and are still available (until the end of the year) for read-only here.

At the moment these new forums are quite empty – I will be updating the FAQ section and copying across the User Contributions from the old forums in the next few months.

Please note that you will need to Register and Login to post for support, and also to download attachments. You can view these forums without registering.

Support is also available via Discord. Please use the following invite link to join the FSUIPC Discord server:

The current difficulty is for FSUIPC to recognize these keys (M1,M2,S1). I enabled all logs and, when I change the keys, nothing appears in the logs.

As I said, I need to see your files with the requested logging. I have no idea what the issue is and these may help.

I am pretty sure that there were no changes that could affect this in the last release, if this was working previously. I could even provide you the old version for you to try if you like.
But I think something else must have changed to cause this.

@fsuipc-support I don’t know what to send you since the selector switch (M1, M2 and S1) don’t trigger any events (they don’t generate logs). Another button that fsuipc no longer displays is the button (position slider). There’s even a 2021 topic talking about non-recognition https://forum.simflight.com/topic/92135-using-fsuipc-with-x-56-throttle-the-slide-switch-is-not-detected/

I do not understand why this is so difficult… I have asked for the files with the logging provided. They may not tell you anything, but they are the files I need to see to have any idea of what your issues is. These help me to understand your configuration and your issue, and without them I cannot help you. You can explain your issue as you like, but it doesn’t mean anything until I can see these files.

If you want my assistance, please at least try and follow my instructions and provide the info I need. If not, I cannot help you.

But the buttons that trigger assignments depending on position of the selector switch that use these. I want to see a log containing an assignment that depends on the position of this switch, change the switch, and then use the same button again. That is what I need to see.
I know that this will give the same result, as this is your issue, but I need to see the logs for this due to the way you have this implemented. It could be due to a  number of reasons, and your logs may give me some insight.

@fsuipc-support I managed to resolve the issue with the M1, M2, and S1 button swapping. I had deleted the software documentation folder. Apparently, that’s not allowed. I reinstalled it, and the problem returned. Now I’m trying to configure the throttle on the TBM 930, and it’s driving me crazy.

Returned? Or do you mean ‘resolved’? Which ‘software documentation’ folder? Strange that that is needed – what is in there?

The TBM930 throttle has had animation issues since 2022. See the following posts (in the old support forums):

In summary, I think it is possible to assign the throttle externally, but it is quite a convoluted process. You may be better off just assigning the throttle for the TBM930 in MSFS. I will take another look at this when I get a chancve to see if anything has changed.

I deleted the FSUIPC7 documentation folder located in Documents. It contains the manuals and etc. That was the only thing I did differently to get it working again.

The TBM is really a problem. I want to use the throttle with the mouse (when it’s on the right side). When the throttle is on the left side (power, taxi, and reverse), I want to use my physical throttle. However, that’s not working either.
