On position button:
xx#1 (> L:XMLVAR_AllThrottlesHidden)

Off position button:
xx#0 (> L:XMLVAR_AllThrottlesHidden)

Need to make so that the same button can be used to turn it on and off.
This possible?

Define a preset as:
    xx#( L:XMLVAR_AllThrottlesHidden) ! (> L:XMLVAR_AllThrottlesHidden)
