Did you click Confirm (to save the changes) before clicking 'Ok'? As I said, you last files showed that repeats are set and so it was continually repeating.

If you have now set no repeats, please show me / attach your FSUIPC7.ini and FSUIPC7.log files again.

Ah - you have assigned to 'Auto-save Toggle'. This will toggle the auto-save on/off, and so when toggled on it will save at regular intervals, as defined by the auto-save parameters.

If you just want to trigger an auto-save, assign to Trigger Auto-save instead. Also on No repeats!.

It was the wrong selection as you very well stated John. I tried it it saved just 1 file. Just 1 more question, didn't fsuipc also has to save a .PLN file apart from the .FLT?

I don't think so. FSUIPC just calls the SDK function provided by MSFS to save the flight, and it is then up to MSFS to write the files. There is no function provided to save a flight plan.
