[Solved] Problem with instalator

I am also getting this error code. I have ensured that I downloaded and extracted all files and then ran the installer. I have also verified that my account IS the administrator on my computer as I only have one account on this computer and it shows "administrator" in my profile. No matter what I do, I get this error.

Sorry for the delay - just seen your post.

First, please make sure your VC++ redistributables are up-to-date.

But the only known reason for this issue that I am aware of is as documented, i.e. the account used for installation cannot be elevated. If this is not the issue, I do not know or understand why this is happening.

If an InstallFSUIPC7.log file has been generated, can you please attach that. Also, please run the windows Event Viewer, and check for any events generated by the installer. If there are any, please also show those to me.
