This are the (new) Support Forums for FSUIPC and related products.

These forums replace the old support forums which have been running for 20+ years. The old forums contain a wealth of information on all FSUIPC products, and are still available (until the end of the year) for read-only here.

At the moment these new forums are quite empty – I will be updating the FAQ section and copying across the User Contributions from the old forums in the next few months.

Please note that you will need to Register and Login to post for support, and also to download attachments. You can view these forums without registering.

Mon fichier FSUIPC7 pour MSFS à disparu. Achat effectué via Simmarket avec une mise à jour vers MSFS. Comment je peux retrouver mon FSUIPC7 ? Par avance merci

My FSUIPC7 file for MSFS has disappeared. I purchased it through Simmarket and upgraded to MSFS. How can I recover my FSUIPC7 file? Thank you in advance.

What do you mean by 'FSUIPC7 file'? What did you do? If you mean the FSUIPC7.exe file was removed, then this could be due to your anti-virus blocking it - please check your anti-virus. If this is the case, please let me know which anti-virus software you are using, and try allowing thhe FSUIPC7.exe to be installed and ran.

Otherwise, you can always re-install FSUIPC by downloading the installer from fsuipc.com and running it. You can retrieve your license/key details from your SimMarket account.

For further help, please explain exactly what you mean and what issues you are having installing/running FSUIPC7. Also please read the installation and registration guide.
