This are the (new) Support Forums for FSUIPC and related products.

These forums replace the old support forums which have been running for 20+ years. The old forums contain a wealth of information on all FSUIPC products, and are still available (until the end of the year) for read-only here.

At the moment these new forums are quite empty – I will be updating the FAQ section and copying across the User Contributions from the old forums in the next few months.

Please note that you will need to Register and Login to post for support, and also to download attachments. You can view these forums without registering.

Support is also available via Discord. Please use the following invite link to join the FSUIPC Discord server:

@fsuipc – This is with the latest exe, and I reverted back to PMDG737offsets=Auto to create the same condition.

Thanks John… Let me know if I can help further.

FYI

As a workaround, I made a change in the .ini file…

PMDG737offsets=Yes (from Auto)

Then it enables the offsets a second time, and I receive the offset data now.

     4547 PMDG 737 offsets enabled
     4594 Aircraft loaded: running normally now …
     4984 PMDG 737 Simconnect connection closed.
     5000 * PMDG737Thread finished **
     5031 Aircraft=“737-800 PAX SSW TC”
     5141 System time = 19/12/2025 12:53:47, Simulator time = 12:53:47 (18:53Z)
     5141 Requesting Input Events….
     5141 Starting WAPI (WAPI enabled)…
     5141   [INFO]: **** Starting FSUIPC7 WASM Interface (WAPI) version 1.0.4 (WASM version 1.0.7) using connection –1
     5141   [INFO]: Connected to MSFS
     5141 ——————– Starting everything now ———————-
     5141 PMDG 737 offsets enabled

Yes – I need another log file from the last version I posted (with PMDG737offsets set to Auto please). Please see my last comment.

Yes, that will enable the offsets whatever aircraft is loaded. You can use it as a workaround for now, but better I fix this issue and use Auto.

Can you send me a log file with the attached version please. Again, with PMDG737offsets=Auto.

@fsuipc

Here you go sir. This was set to Auto, and it seems to load now for me as well.

Ok, thanks for the update. Yes, your log file shows that it is working as expected now. I will do a few more tests here with the PMDG aircraft in MSFS2020 (and the 777 in MSFS2024) and clean this up a bit. I will probably release a new beta with this update in the next day or two. You should upgrade to this when released – I will let you know.
