This are the (new) Support Forums for FSUIPC and related products.

These forums replace the old support forums which have been running for 20+ years. The old forums contain a wealth of information on all FSUIPC products, and are still available (until the end of the year) for read-only here.

At the moment these new forums are quite empty – I will be updating the FAQ section and copying across the User Contributions from the old forums in the next few months.

Please note that you will need to Register and Login to post for support, and also to download attachments. You can view these forums without registering.

Support is also available via Discord. Please use the following invite link to join the FSUIPC Discord server:

The video shows that you are setting the maximum axis value as the minimum calibrated value. This is causing issues as the max value must always be greater than or equal to the min value, and the null range must be in between the maximum and minimum. When you set the max axis value to the minimum calibration value, you can then no longer set/change the max calibration or null zones. Reset and try again.

To calibrate correctly, first Reset (to clear current calibration values) and then Set to re-calibrate. Then, move your yoke aileron axis fully to the left/anti-clockwise – if the In number is positive, click to set this to the max calibration value, if it is negative click and set this to the min calibration value. Then move your yoke fully to the right / clockwise and if the number is negative use this to set the min calibration value, and if it is positive set the max calibration value. You now have your max/min values calibrated correctly, and should be able to set the null zone as you like it.

You are getting issues as you are setting either the min axis value to the max calibration value, or the max axis value to the min calibration value. Once you do this, you cannot set the other calibration values due to the constraints on these values (Reset and redo),

Note also that you don’t need to close the assignment window before calibration – you can assign, switch to the calibration tab and calibrate without closing the window.

@fsuipc-support

Thank you John. I got it working with your guidance. I have been using FSUIPC since version 4 in 2013 and a wonderful product through the years! MSFS 2020 and FSUIPC7 threw me for a curve this time. Age related? Don’t know… LMAO! It is tough to keep up with the new technology these days.

Best regards,

Jeff
