So, I got back on the horse. Found the Calculator Code working and added the following to my events:

//Working Title/707-320C/Autoflight
Autopilot Pitch Control Increase#1 (>B:AP_PITCH_CTRL_WHEEL_1_INC)
Autopilot Pitch Control Decrease#1 (>B:AP_PITCH_CTRL_WHEEL_1_DEC)

As a result, my pitch control wheel works!!! Thanks for your patience.
