Hello,

I have a home made cockpit with radios (using iocards and sioc) I need to adapt my radios to 8.33 separation. Does it work with the function toBDC and offset, for instance 311A ?

Thank you and regards.

Alvaro

No - you cannot use offset 3!!A for 8.33 separation as there are only 4 digits allowed in the BCD format. Use the Hz offsets - see 05C4, 05C8, 05CC and 05D0.

Use the Hz offsets - see 05C4, 05C8, 05CC and 05D0.

For setting / changing the frequency, you can also use the _HZ_SET controls:

67361 COM1_RADIO_HZ_SET
67362 COM2_RADIO_HZ_SET
67363 COM1_STBY_RADIO_HZ_SET
67364 COM2_STBY_RADIO_HZ_SET

But I think writing to the offsets also works, which uses those controls.

Thank you John,

Offsets 05C4, etc are not in the pdf "FSUIPC for programmers"

and controls 67361, etc, are not in "list of fs2004 controls"

Where can I see the documentation?

Regards,

Alvaro

Are you using FS2004?

Where can I see the documentation?

Documentation is provided with each version of FSUIPC. Just download and install FSUIPC for the FS you are using. The documentation is installed under your Windows Documents folder for FSUIPC6 and 7, and for earlier versions it will be in the FSUIPC installation folder..

There used to be separate downloads for the documentation packages only, but these are no longer available.

However, If you are using FSUIPC3 with FS2004, I cannot help with this. I have no idea about this version or FS, and it is no longer supported.

Regards,

John
