The eyepoint FS controls are not working in MSFS2020/2024 when sent from an external app (such as FSUIPC). There are some presets available for eyepoint control - you could try these but I don't think these are working anymore either.

The best option for camera control is to assign in MSFS - or just use the default eyepoint control assignments, which use the arrow keys (up.down,left & right) with alt+up and alt+down for forward/back.

I see you also posted the same question on discord. Please only ask for support on one channel - either the support forums or on discord, not both. You are just duplicating the work for both of us!
