The SDK is installed by the FSUIPC7 installer, and should be installed by default. Just download and run the FSUIPC7 installer.

There is also a standalone SDK version also available from the all-products download page - see https://fsuipc.com/downloadspage/. Ignore the description on the download link - it is (or should be) the latest SDK. I will update the description.

Which SDK? There are many. Some have been updated (and the .lib re-compiled) with VS2022, others probably not. But the source is available - you can build with whatever version of VS you want to use.
