Hello, is there a compatible profile included in the list of profiles, for FSUIPC7 that I can utilize with my PU Air Korea PU Light A device, to control the exterior lighting of the Bluebird Simulations 757 aircraft? Thanks

There is no 'list of profiles' provided with FSUIPC. Profiles are aircraft-specific assignments that you create within FSUIPC. Please see the User guide on how to use profiles.
For the lights in the Bluebird B757, the following presets are available for the lights:

However, these are all relatively new and will not be available for assignment as the events.txt file included does not contain these presets. Download the attached events.txt file and use this to replace the one in your FSUIPC7 installation folder. You can assign to these presets by checking the 'Select for Preset' checkbox, then you can see the available presets by clicking the 'Find Preset..' button and navigate to MobiFlight->BlueBird Simulations->B757->Lights.
