This are the (new) Support Forums for FSUIPC and related products.

These forums replace the old support forums which have been running for 20+ years. The old forums contain a wealth of information on all FSUIPC products, and are still available (until the end of the year) for read-only here.

At the moment these new forums are quite empty – I will be updating the FAQ section and copying across the User Contributions from the old forums in the next few months.

Please note that you will need to Register and Login to post for support, and also to download attachments. You can view these forums without registering.

Support is also available via Discord. Please use the following invite link to join the FSUIPC Discord server:

I selected “tab+p” and selected “LuaSet SetPauseMSFS&P3D”.

You need to select “Lua SetPauseMSFS&P3D”, not LuaSet.

I guess I don’t know what I’m doing.

Well, it would help if you read or at least consulted the documentation. Take a look at the FSUIPC Lua Plug-Ins document/pdf to understand the difference between Lua and LuaSet.

I have NOT made any changes to the lua once downloaded.

Not even the one I advised?

PLEASE just try assigning to Lua, not LuaSet. It ain’t that difficult….

@fsuipc-support

Sorry, sorry.  I miss spoke.  I did have my tab+P set to Lua.  NOT LuaSet.

I re-downloaded from the link you provided and changed line 10 as you advised.  Still does not work for me.

This used to work fine for me but I updated FSUIPC a few weeks back and that’s when it stopped displaying for me.  Occasionally, I could get it to display but I can’t enter any numbers into the pop-up box.

Not according to the ini file you attached (as I previously pointed out).

I know this, and we seem to be going around in circles here. As I said, I tested this here and it works just fine, and I can assure you that there have been no recent changes in FSUIPC7 that could prevent this lua from working. Something else is going on. And if you want me to help you get to the bottom of this, you need to show me the files I need with the required logging enabled.

So, please set logging for Buttons & Keys, and also Lua Plugins. Then reproduce your issue, i.e start the lua and try and enter the time (I think you need to use the numbers on the main keyboard, not the separate keypad numbers). Then allow the script to complete or exit it, and then exit FSUIPC7 and attach the following 3 files: FSUIPC7.log, FSUIPC7.ini and the lua script itself.
