This are the (new) Support Forums for FSUIPC and related products.

These forums replace the old support forums which have been running for 20+ years. The old forums contain a wealth of information on all FSUIPC products, and are still available (until the end of the year) for read-only here.

At the moment these new forums are quite empty – I will be updating the FAQ section and copying across the User Contributions from the old forums in the next few months.

Please note that you will need to Register and Login to post for support, and also to download attachments. You can view these forums without registering.

Hi,

I just bought FSUIPC4 and when entering the key it say it’s not valid. I’ve already updated the vc+, turned off all the antivirus and copy paste the info in the exact way as it appears in sim market but it still not working. My order number is 3720176.

hope someone can help me.

I am away from my PCs at the monent – I will check you key when I return on Sundzy 11th.

In the mean-time, please double-check that you are copying and pasting the key correctly, as it has been reported that tge 12 digut jey us sometimes not fully copied/selected when double clicked.

Key validation issues are normally only reported for FSUIPC7, not other versions, and is always down to not having the correct VC++ redistributables installed or user error.

Hi!

I just realized a bough by mistake the FSUPIC7 instead of the FSUIPC4🤦🏽‍♂️. Is there any chance to change the key from one to another without buying the correct one again? thank you

Order number 3720176 is for WideFS7, not FSUIPC7 (or FSUIPC4). It clearly states both on the FSUIPC website (fsuipc.com) and in the SimMarket shop which version is for which simulator, and I don’t understand how you can buy a WideFS license if you were looking to purchase FSUIPC.

And I am afraid that all sales are final. Once we have issued the key, it cannot be revoked (as there is no on-line key validation).
