FSUIPC and Honeycomb Echo Controller

Hello. I recently received a Honeycomb Echo Controller. It's okay, great for use on a laptop. However, they designed it with a 10 minute-no activity-sleep-mode. Very annoying as, when axes are assigned within FS, some of the axes just move when it goes to sleep mode and others move when a button is activated to wake it up. So I went to assign an axis (Win11 "sees" it as DIAL), FSUIPC does not seem to recognize this particular axis. I noticed, on about page 44 of FSUIPC for Advanced Users, That FSUIPC sees XYZRUV. Is there a way for FSUIPC to see the DIAL axis, if so, how? Thank you.

Also, please download and run the HidScanner app and send / show me the output from that for your device. This may tell me something...

Hello. I greatly appreciate your time into looking into this. I owe you an apology to waste your time. I wasn't paying attention to the sim I was using. I was using FS9! UGH! I did run FSX and all the axes work! I understand the reasons to move on from the old stuff. I'm stuck because of all the investments in time to learn, money, all the hardware and software add-ons. Perhaps if MSFS hadn't taken so long to update, I would have move on like I did in the past. And as I mentioned before, MSFS2020 for XBOX was not impressive to me. I fly real and sim out of KAIB. MSFS2020 for XBOX shows a river north of town. I can assure that no such river exits. There is a ditch but, at its widest, it might be 4 feet. I also mostly fly IFR conditions so FS9/X is sufficient to practice procedures. ps: Why was simflight.com closed and not archived? To be honest, it would be nice to be able to see answers to questions about the older FSUIPC that would be applicable to the new FSUIPC and wouldn't have to be re-answered. Again, apologies and thank you for your time and information.
