i tried to reload the fsuipc4 and widefs and not accept my codes

Make sure you enter your details exactly as specified in your purchase email or SimMarket account - all three parts must match exactly (name, email, key). Better to copy and paste the key details.

Also try installing the latest combined VC++ redistributable packages (both x64 and x86) from Microsoft, available from https://docs.microsoft.com/en-US/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist
