This are the (new) Support Forums for FSUIPC and related products.

These forums replace the old support forums which have been running for 20+ years. The old forums contain a wealth of information on all FSUIPC products, and are still available (until the end of the year) for read-only here.

At the moment these new forums are quite empty – I will be updating the FAQ section and copying across the User Contributions from the old forums in the next few months.

Please note that you will need to Register and Login to post for support, and also to download attachments. You can view these forums without registering.

FOR FSUIPC or WIDEFS keys purchased through SimMarket

Note that, on the SimMarket sales pages for FSUIPC and WideFS it says “Personal Registration Key will be Generated and Emailed within 24 hours”. If you don’t receive your key by email in a reasonable time, after 24 hours, then you should fill in a “trouble ticket”. This can be done via either the “Customer Services” link at the top of every sales page, or the “Contact Us” in the “Information” lists on the left.

When you get to the Customer Service page (which you can also get to via http://www.simmarket.com and the link at the top of the page), the very first selection takes you to where you can report your problem.

Note that you can also retrieve your key details directly from your SimMarket account.

Apologies in advance if I have misunderstood the process of registering FSUIPC7 MSFS2020

I purchased the program via sim market APP. I have access to FSUIPC7 Key. When attempting to register ,I am being asked to populate wideFS key . How do I get this key information please.

If you don’t have a WideFS key, just leave that field empty. You only need to register a WideFS key if you have purchased one.
